I don’t think I’ve ever seen or heard of a kid (or adult) who does not like Mac and Cheese! But sometimes the same old thing can be boring.
Post your recipes and variations to the standard Mac and Cheese here so that everyone can make this classic dish a little more exciting.

Post your favorite recipes! My specialty is making box mac-and-cheese, but when you go to add the powdered cheese, add fresh shredded cheese! And if the kids that you are babysitting are old enough, they can help you too!

adding the extra cheese makes it really cheesy. I don’t care if it is Kraft or some knock-off brand that professes that they have the cheesiest mac-and-cheese. ADD THE CHEESE!!

Totally agree…fresh cheese is ALWAYS the best! It just takes the dish to a different level when it’s with fresh cheese. Sometimes I just throw in random cheeses, swiss, provolone, chedder, whatever is in the fridge and it always turns fabulous!

Yeah! Once for my dad, I put pepper jack cheese in it, and it super spicy, and he loved it!
I was considering not telling my mom that it was uber spicy, but then I changed my mind… haha lolmm that sounds good!
I don’t think I have heard of truffle, but my mom use to put hot dogs and broccoli in it. P: It was good, and it saved on dishes!
